Delivery Options
If you live between Kingston and Oakville, Ontario - we may be able to deliver to you!

The next delivery date for the GTA is listed on the Delivery option at checkout. If you are not available that day, perhaps you could either pick up your order, have it shipped, or e-mail us to see when the next delivery date would be. We generally do deliveries on Wednesdays. 

GTA Deliveries:
Currently, GTA deliveries occur every 3-4 weeks. If the demand increases, we will increase the number of days we offer delivery. Please note that as a general rule-of-thumb, we offer delivery for 7.99 if you are south of Highway 7 between Oakville and Bowmanville. If you are located north of Highway 7 we can still deliver, however, there may be a small additional fee. Please e-mail us if you are in this situation and we can help you out. 

Durham to Kingston Deliveries:
Durham to Kingston deliveries occur frequently. If you live within 10km of the 401, we offer delivery for 7.99.   If you are located further than 10km away from the 401, we may still deliver, however, there may be a small additional fee. Please e-mail us if you are in this situation and we can help you out. 

Do you do custom orders?
Absolutely we do! You can have custom toys made or custom fleece (cozies, liners, fleece forests etc.) Just send us a message along with dimensions and we will get back to you ASAP with a quote.

How do I wash fleece items?
All of the fleece items have been washed and preshrunk before creation. This means that there should be limited shrinking over time. However, we do have some recommendations to help you get the most life out of your fleece accessories as possible:

  • to eliminate any odours, put 1/2-1 cup of vinegar in with the wash
  • don't use fabric softener
  • hang to dry, but if you insist on putting them in the dryer: don't use dryer sheets, and use a low temperature setting

How do I place an order? 
You have two options: you can use the "Add to Cart" button to go through an electronic checkout. With this option, you will be given options for shipping upon checkout The second option is to make a list of everything that you want and then e-mail it to me. I will then get you a shipping quote and total all at once.

How much does shipping cost?

This varies on the size of the box, weight of the order, and where you are located. There is a shipping calculator at the beginning of the checkout process, and it will give you an accurate quote for your order. 
US & International customers - Please note that unless you pick a shipping method that includes tracking, we can not be held responsible in the event that it gets lost. Tracking is included in Tracked Packet and Expedited parcels.

Please note: When shipping internationally customs charges may occur. This is out of my control, and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship world wide, and have shipped to places like Dubai, India, South Africa, Finland, UK and more to date! The shipping calculator will give you an accurate quote for your parcels. Please note that unless you pick a shipping method that includes tracking, we can not be held responsible in the event that it gets lost.
